We have started a project on 26.5 katha land in Kalunagar mouja, Hazaribag Thana, Dhaka. From 2010.

·        Developer- -Architecture research and development ltd.
·        Consultant-ARD- Architecture research and development
·        Investor –ARDL- Architecture research design and development ltd
·        Total area-1, 25,000-sft for developer 1, 25,000-sft for land owner
·        Land area -26.5 khata for apartment project.
·        Land owner developer ratio-50%/50%+2, 00, 00,000-signing money.
·        Deed done –March 2010
·        Future extention-100 khata over.

For 1st phase:For 26 khata land.

For 2nd phase: For 28.5khata land.

Present status of the project-
·        Agreement and land power for 1st phase for 26 khata land.
·         Already 1, 70, 74,800 tk. approximately done by ARDL in between- jannury 2010-to-jannury 2012.
·         RAJUK clearance on processing, it may be completed within 15th June 2012.
·         Sand filling done by local contractor-in 2010.
·         Soil test done by BUET in 2010.
·         Design done by BUET architects and engineers in 2010.
·         Attend fair on Sheraton hotel at Bangladesh in 2010.for promotion of the project.
·         Attend fair on DUBAI, SHARJAH, and ABU DHABHI in 2011.
·       Need investors or loan.
Specialty of this project: a project for 2030s concept
Green and integrated to nature, 50% solar and renewable energy, individual power house, water plant.
Sensor appliances for fixture, lighting and others to reduced energy consumption, digital technology.
