·         It can be example of developing sense.

·         It may be on village market area, Thana sadar, district shadar which is prominent from many years long.

·         The people who are native in that place want to develop can be a partner of the project.

·         In that case some marketing criteria also will have to fulfill.

·         And also periphery of Dhaka, already a project was started at Hazaribag & I need some investment for this project.

·         Project timeline is depending on its circumstances; in rural project it will take 8- 15 months & in urban project 24-36 months.
